This Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream transforms our Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie into a rich, creamy frozen treat packed with approximately 24g of protein per serving. With chunks of homemade cookie dough swirled into every bite, it's everything you love about classic cookie dough ice cream—with ingredients you can feel good about. Just a few minutes of prep, an overnight freeze, and your Ninja Creami does the rest.

Ingredients

Ice Cream:

1 cup half & half
2 scoops FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie Powder

Cookie Dough:

½ cup almond flour
1 Tbsp coconut oil or butter
1 Tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt
2-3 Tbsp chocolate chips
Optional ½ Tbsp almond milk if mixture is too dry

Directions

In a shaker bottle, mix the half & half and protein smoothie powder until smooth.
Pour into the Ninja Creami pint and freeze for about 10 hours.
Prepare your cookie dough by mixing all the ingredients into a bowl until combined. Then create mini dough balls and either freeze or refrigerate overnight.
Place the pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select Scoop, then Ice Cream.
Create a small well in the center, add half the chopped cookie dough, and select Mix-In.
Scoop, top with remaining cookie dough, and enjoy every bite.
