DTBE, LLC dba FlavCity or ShopFlavCity (“we” or "us" or "our" or “Company”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes how the Company  through its website www.shopflavcity.com (the “Site”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information (as defined below) when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

Our Site is not intended for children or any individuals  under the age of majority in your state or province of residence. No one under such age of majority may provide any personal information to or on the Site.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under such age of majority. If you are under such age of majority, do not use or provide any information on this Site or on or through any of its features/register on the Site, make any purchases through the Site, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Site or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from an individual  under such age of majority, we will delete that information. Collecting Personal Information

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. • Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.

• Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.

• Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify.

Order information

• Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.

• Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill your order, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

• Source of collection: collected from you.

• Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and associated Shopify apps. 

Customer support information

• Examples of Personal Information collected: any information provided to us requesting support whether via email and our “Contact Us” page.

• Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.

• Source of collection: collected from you.

• Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our customer support and communications service providers, including Google LLC (Gmail). If you contact us through a third-party support or email platform, information may also be shared with that platform.

Other Personal Information we may collect:

• Personal Information related to items you have added to your cart, previous items you purchased, and product reviews.

• Personal Information you posted on any of our social media pages.

• Personal Information such as age, gender, and shopping habits.

 As you navigate through and interact with our Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including, but not limited to:

• Details of your visits to our Site, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Site; and

• Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, device identifier, physical location, operating system, and browser type.

We do not currently participate in any “Do Not Track” frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms from you regarding the collection of information. We may engage third parties, such as marketing or analytics partners and related third-party vendors to the services provided, who may collect information about your online activities over time and across different Site when you use this Site.

The information we collect automatically is statistical data and may include personal information, or we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Site and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

Company adopts this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and other California privacy laws. Only you, or a person you have authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal information.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will ask you to provide information sufficient to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information. We will not use the information you provide for verification for any purpose other than verification.

Categories of Personal Information Collected

The categories of personal information we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which it is used, and the third parties with whom it is shared are described in the "Collecting Personal Information" section of this Privacy Policy, which reflects our practices for the 12-month period preceding the date this policy was last updated. We do not sell your personal information. We do share certain personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes as described in the Behavioral Advertising section above; California residents may opt out of this sharing as described in Right #4 above.

Do Not Track

Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
